Rules for Orange warhammer club.There are a few simple rules to follow while at the club. These rules are put in place to make sure that everyone at the club can have an enjoyable experience and want to come back. Without these rules we would have chaos and it would not be as much fun.
I ask everyone that visits our club to please have a read through these simple non imposing rules and keep an eye out for each other, we are all here for fun.
Failure to follow any of these rules may result in a warning, if you repeat offences, Myself or any of the officials will ban you.
If you break a zero tolerance rule we will ban you on the spot and you will be asked to leave immediately.
No drugs, Alcohol or Smoking are permitted in the building - Zero Tolerance.
NO Fighting - Zero Tolerance.
NO Stealing - Zero Tolerance.
Deliberate breaking of items that do not belong to you - Zero Tolerance.
If you make a mess clean it up! Do not leave rubbish in the club, the building is to be left as it was before we arrived.
Mess is a big issue at the club as I am required as part of the terms and conditions of hiring the building, to leave it as it was.
So it is up to us to clean up our mess if we want to keep the club running, I will not look for another hall if we are kicked from this one.
Do not touch anything that does not belong to you without being granted permission.
These models cost alot of money and are usualy highly prised posessions of there owners.
It is not a nice thing to save up alot of money and spend pain-staking hours painting and preparing a model to have it taken away from them or damaged.
Club officials and other gamers should be treated with respect, insulting and smart mouthed behavier towards a fellow gamer or official is not nice nor is it welcome in this club as we want everyone that comes along to feel comfortable and enjoy there time at the club. If someone is not nice to you or another person then report them to an official.
No food or drinks ON the gaming tables.
Please do not put drinks or food on the tables, putting a can of drink on these tables leaves rings that need to be re-flocked.
Food leaves stains and the area needs to be re-flocked.
I dont want to be spending time or money on un-necessary re-flocking, please respect the boards.
This club is for Warhammer Fantasy Battle only.
We do do some varients at times such as Siege, Arena of Death and Warhammer fantasy battle campaigns, No other games will be played in this club unless authorized by myself.
Officials will be easy to spot as they will be in our official shirts with our club logo and name embroided onto them.
